Oh, I’m so excited!
I have been following Ingrid Fetell-Lee’s Aesthetics of Joy website since I watched her TED talk in 2018. Not only did it lead me to a personal epiphany about chasing happiness, it was one of the things that inspired me to start my Living Joyfully series in 2018 (click on the image above to access the posts).
I joined The Joyspotters Society group on Facebook, which Ingrid started recently.

I have been posting in that group regularly because it brings me joy – of course! I also love seeing how other people find joy in their daily lives. It is a cheerful, happy place.
A few days ago. I was contacted by a group admin, asking if I’d be happy to be featured in their Joyspotters Spotlight!
I was honoured to be asked and said yes immediately!
She sent me a list of questions and one is:
“Do you have a practice that helps you bring joy into your life?”
Well, yes, without doubt I do!
It is exactly this practice of seeking out and collecting moments of everyday delight that brings joy to my life.
I’ve answered all the questions she sent and I’m waiting to see what happens next! I will report back soon.

thx for this link … very inspiring … it also helped me understand why I doodle and paint curves so much. In addition I have been exploring bright colours again and that nakes sense too in terms of where I am in my journey towards emotional healing. Thx DH

Hiya, so glad it made sense to you and helped you find some clarity about your healing journey! I have seen your progression to colour from b&w on your IG images. Joy wants to come out!
