Photography aspirations for 2019

January 18, 2019January 18, 20192 Comments

This year, I have been thinking that I want to be more intentional about not only my life but my photography too. So this is what I aspire to this year - photographically.

If you enjoyed this, I'd be honoured if you would share it:

Purple patternsâ € Ending off the month with some more wisteria - too pretty not too! No filter #everydaydelights #dibzzen #wisteria #flower #bloom #purple
Light and patterns in chardâ € I loved the strong repeating pattern in the planted chard and the light was gorgeous too. No filter #vegetable #everydaydelights #dibzzen #green #pattern #food
Kitchen domesticityâ € #everydaydelights #dibzzen #basket #shadows
Basking in the sunâ € I think pansies are so cute, they look like little faces. My friend's garden full of these little cuties basking in the early morning sun. No filter â € #everydaydelights #dibzzen #pansies #flowers
I'm a sucker for lavender, purple and booksâ € A month of everyday delights would not be complete without lavender, books and purples...â € #lavender #purple #books #everydaydelights #dibzzen
Mimosa against blueâ € The yellow mimosa blossoms against the blue sky make a lovely contrast.â € #mimosa #africa #yellow #blue #sky #everydaydelights #dibzzen
Complexityâ € I was looking at the coral tree blossoms and I never realised that they were so complex. The mousebirds, sunbirds and other feathered friends love these blossoms. â € #africa #orange #everydaydelights #dibzzen #petals
Toweringâ € I'm not sure what these plants are, but they looked magical in the backlit sunshine. â € I took a short photo walk around the garden this morning to see what surprises spring had for me. Our part of South Africa had snow last weekend, which was not spring-like at all. But today it 'feels' like spring!â € No filter #everydaydelights #dibzzen #green #plants #light
Peek-a-booâ € Can you see the small stamens peeking out from the buds at the bottom? They look like little faces. Oh, and there's a spider's web strung across the top...â € No filter #flower #everydaydelights #dibzzen
